Through this vinyasa style Tantric Hatha Sun practice you are invited to awaken to the possibility of freedom in your body and mind and feel the radiant light of the sun shining through you as we dance between shapes with awareness and presence. Through a combination of Tantric hatha and Vinyasa Yoga principles, in this practice we will link postures breath by breath with some pauses here and there... as a way to generate energy and enthusiasm.
