SUMMARY:Oh My Quad(s) - Dynamic Remedial
DTSTART;TZID=Australia/Sydney:20241029T063000

LOCATION:
DESCRIPTION: A remedial practice geared towards quads and the psoas (in the hip flexor family). Tight / weak quads/psoas muscles can lead to restricted breathing. Stretching alone is not always the answer, but mobilising (opening and strengthening) can certainly. This practice will give you a lot of information about your hip flexors but take it easy and listen to your body along the way.

Just a heads up about a couple of things for this one....
There is a lot of deep knee flexion in this class. If you have sore knees, practice with caution. Sore knees can be due to a number of different things, tight quads might be one of those things but if anything in this practice hurts your knees PLEASE omit and modify.

Also, I mixed up my curing for "rights and lefts" during the standing series of this practice (during half moon and chapasana) so keep that in mind as you get to that part of the practice, I hope I don't confuse you too much :)

ENJOY.
