DESCRIPTION: A 60m Remedial Hatha Practice for your whole body and mind.... In this session we work through some joint mobilisation through various asanas and asana like movements. We also use breath centred breathing in some places through the class as a way to support the nervous system and create an easeful transition from dharana (concentration) to dhyana (a meditative state of mind). We close the practice with 5 minutes of relaxation (in a shape of your choice!) followed by a guided systematic relaxation leading into savasana. You have the option for some quiet introspective meditation/sitting at the end of the session.
