DESCRIPTION: Like most sanskrit words, Swara has multiple meanings or interpretations. The one we are focusing on today is this - swara means "wave".

Swara yoga recognises that although the ultimate goal of yoga is complete absorption, there is no reason we shouldn't ride the waves of life and thrive along the way.

This is a practice that will deepen your awareness to any current cycles you are in, environmentally, externally and internally. Reminding you that we are no separate to the nature around us and therefore we are connected to a world governed by cycles.

Knowing about these cycles in nature and how to read them increases our capacity to thrive as we move towards the end goal of awakening.
