DESCRIPTION: A practice to explore the overview of Antahkarana, or the four-part mind.

This is part 1 of a 5 part practice series. After this initial practice and philosophical overview of Antahkarana,  we will spend the following 4 practices exploring the 4 parts of the mind - Manas, Chitta, Ahamkara and Buddhi. 

This &quot;map of the mind&quot; comes to us from Vedanta and is more specific than the reference to &quot;chitta&quot; by sage Patanjali. 

These practices will be primarily focused on meditation however we will still do some asana to prepare ourselves to sit.
