RASA "juice" or vital essence ... life's nectar. 

This is a practice of devotion, in which we will methodologically extract the Rasa (vital essence) from every moment of practice. No matter how "easy" or "challenging", no matter how "gentle" or intense", prana is there, waiting to be seen, felt, experienced. 

We will chant to Hanuman, the incarnation of PRANA who extracts his RASA from chanting to RAMA. 

We will move, and practice extracting the sacred rasa from every single situation.

And of course, we will sit....for a while.
