DESCRIPTION: This Prana Vayu balancing practice incorporates traditional techniques such as Mukha Bhastrika and Uddiyana Bandha to counter stagnation. Coupled with with some longer holds and abdominal breathing to ground you and prepare you for meditation and your day!

Note: This practice requires some previous experience. Please avoid Uddiyana Bandha and breath retentions if you are pregnant, menstruating, experiencing menopause or have an upset tummy. Also make sure this practice is done on an empty stomach.
