MOON PRACTICE = calming, grounding and stabilising. Moon is a metaphor for mind... with the help of forward folds, (twists), long(er) holds and longer exhalations, we explore the elements of the LUNAR force and how it affects (calms and stabilises) the mind. Moon practice is a powerful tool for noticing our habitual mental patterns. When the opportunities to react arise, notice, breathe, and practice establishing the witness.
