A sunny Vyana Vayu practice. Vyana Vayu circulates through and around the body. It moves energy from our centre outwards in all directions, and from our peripheral limbs to our centre. It not only governs circulation, but integration of all of the prana vayus, and all of the different dimensions of us (body, energy, mind, spirit). Vyana is primarily created through lateral postures, but also back bends, sun salutations, joint mobilisation, and lengthened inhalations.
