Hannah Wang
Hannah is a certified yoga instructor and health coach based in the East Bay. Her practice is rooted in mindfulness, self-inquiry, and the belief that sustainable change begins from within. Drawn to yoga in 2018 for its physical benefits, Hannah’s journey evolved into a deeply transformative path of presence, resilience, and personal growth—shaping both how she lives and how she teaches. Since January 2024, she has taught at CorePower Yoga and at luxury hotels in Napa Valley. With a teaching style grounded in accessibility, compassion, and empowerment, Hannah aims to create inclusive spaces that allow students to move with intention, meet themselves where they are, and feel seen.

Arm Balance Flow:
designed to build strength, endurance, and mindfulness through a rigorous, fast-paced flow. This class will incorporate some arm balance practices to challenge yogis but modification will be provided as well. This class will be guided mainly in English.
