Slow yet deceptively challenging vinyasa flow emphasising holding postures and synchronising with the breath. Finishing with restorative yoga and a short meditation you will feel relaxed and yet invigorated after this class.
Each week has a different theme and includes the class plan, so you can maintain your own daily practice whilst the COVID-19 lockdown continues.
