DESCRIPTION: Step into a space of calm and renewal with Wendy’s Qigong class. Qi Gong is a simple practice for children and adults into their late 90’s who want to improve vitality, sleep better, reduce stress and anxiety. 
Paired with easy arm movements, a few breaths, followed by a deep sigh of relief, helps the body release built up tension. Stress in the body often shows up as discomfort in the back, neck and chest.
