Ready to take your practice outside the studio? Join Be Rooted Yoga for a fall adventure at beautiful Boone's Cave!

We'll begin with gentle yoga stretches to awaken the body, enjoy an approximately 2-mile hike with a few mindful yoga moments along the way, and finish with a cool-down and mini savasana surrounded by nature. 🧘‍♀️🍁

And because good company makes every adventure sweeter, anyone who'd like to continue the fun is invited to join us afterward at Curran Alexander Winery for a glass of wine and community connection. 🍷 (Wine is purchased individually.)

No need to be an experienced yogi or hiker—just bring your sense of adventure and a willingness to slow down, breathe deeply, and enjoy the journey.
