Our first Rooted On The Trail was such a success that we're doing it again! ❤️ And with this beautiful fall weather, why not take our yoga practice outdoors?

Join Be Rooted Yoga on Saturday, November 14th, from 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM at Yadkin River Park in Linwood, NC for another afternoon of movement, fresh air, nature, and connection.

We'll enjoy gentle warm-ups, mindful movement, yoga along the trail, and time to slow down, breathe, and take in the beauty around us.

🧘‍♀️ No yoga mat needed! Just bring comfortable walking shoes, water, and your sense of adventure.
