DESCRIPTION: Join us for All-Levels Flow at the beautiful Lakeshore Park in the Pinery in Parker. The Park is located at the corner of Lakeshore drive & Thunderhill Rd, near Bingham Lake. We will be set up near the playground. Instructor will arrive 15 minutes before class. If for any reason we have to cancel due to rain you will be notified and refunded. Please bring your own yoga mat. Gentle yoga postures are woven and paired with Energy Medicine Yoga ® techniques to communicate with the body in its own language and innate wisdom. This practice will unify the traditional benefits of yoga including upleveling physical health and strength with Energy Medicine Yoga's beneficial properties of harmonizing energies for wellness and leave us resting in a state of quietude, easy meditation, aromatherapy and Spirit.
