Becky is a mother, a holistic wellness advocate, a yoga instructor, and a humanitarian and is always moving in the direction of tranquility, health, and radiant living for herself and those around her. As a seasoned instructor of 14 years, Becky has led thousands of hours of yoga in many different varieties including hot and vinyasa. During the trying times of the pandemic, Becky went through a Foundations Energy Medicine Yoga ® teacher training and found a wonderful tool to uplift physical wellbeing and balanced emotions. Through sharing her favorite techniques, movement, Energy Medicine, and essential oils, Becky hopes to hold a space for her students to bridge the practice of yoga with a taste of magic, energy, and miracles.

In addition to guiding students through the journey of group yoga practices, Becky's other services include essential oil wellness consultations and treatments, Reiki hands on healing sessions, and private yoga instruction.
