LOCATION:Session 1 online; sessions 2-5 @BHN Studio
DESCRIPTION: This course offers a unique and vital space for anyone seeking to compassionately engage with the grief that comes from witnessing and experiencing suffering within ourselves, our communities, and the world around us. Faced with ecocide, systems collapse, humanitarian crises, war, and the rise of authoritarianism, many of us feel isolated, overwhelmed, and uncertain about how to move forward.

Through a blend of somatic practices, thoughtfully selected readings and poetry, and intentional ritual, we will gather in community to grieve these realities together — not to fall into despair, but to process grief as a way of sustaining love, hope, resilience, and meaningful action.

Please note, this is not a movement-based class. All are welcome; space is limited.

This course is facilitated by Kate Morgan, a somatic therapist & long-time in the U.S./Mexico borderlands.
