Options for beginning students are given. Suitable for beginners, but also for Mysore students who want to revisit foundational principles. The foundation poses are led through with the traditional Sanskrit count. The school opens at 8.45h, and doors close at 9.00 - Be on time, late comers cannot be accommodated. Thank you!
