DESCRIPTION: On Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, everyone who is already established in their Mysore practice can join self-practice. No teacher is present to assist during self-practice.

Please note that self-practice is only accessible to holders of a 3- or 6 months membership. To join self-practice you have to first agree to the self-practice guidelines. To review these guidelines email Maxi.

Please respect the closing time and be done by 7.00am.

There is no self-practice on the Mondays when Maxi is holding a led class.
