A good opportunity to spend time together and share each other's food and company after experiencing the 108 together!

We start with 108 Sun Salutations (accompanied by a drum rhythm), followed by chanting and... sharing food.

We will start the sun salutations at 10.00 (approximately takes 90min) - it's an auspicious practice (read more here: https://www.ekhartyoga.com/blog/why-practice-108-sun-salutations 

We start chanting and brunch around 10.30-ish.
Bring a delicious dish, the stories you'd like to share and lets hang together!
