DESCRIPTION: This Friday, on the full moon, I invite you to join us at the shala to honor Sharathji’s memory. We’ll gather to light candles, practice guided pranayama, chant together, and share stories. Originally, we had planned for a guided moon sequence, but in light of his passing, we have adapted the program to an extended guided pranayama, chanting (I’ll provide some chant sheets), and perhaps some time to share memories of him.

Everyone is welcome—whether you join us in the shala or online. We’ll start at 7AM, and if you need to leave before we close at 8:30AM, you’re welcome to.
