DESCRIPTION: Our upcoming ONE MONTH ASHTANGA IMMERSION FOR NEWCOMERS starts June 20, with this opening workshop. To attend this immersion, It's required to attend this opening workshop and the workshop on July 4 (19.30-21.30). 

In this special one month immersion for newcomers you:
• participate in 2 workshops especially designed for you covering yoga philosophy, pranayama and the foundational tools of practice, workshop dates: Thursdays June 20 & July 4, 19.30-21.30
• have unlimited access to all classes
• gain a solid foundation in this life-supporting practice while being part of a wonderful community of yoga practitioners
