Description
Learn how to harness the magic in your breath and start to feel nourished and balanced inside and out, on and off your mat!

We are breathing at every moment of our lives. Yet we are hardly aware of our breath and hardly ever tap into the power it holds to support us.

There is tremendous power in your breath to balance your nervous system, to help you gain clarity and to release mental and physical tension. I seriously feel that everyone should be taught about the magic and power of the breath from a young age onwards. Fundamental knowledge to empower you and help you thrive!

The breath connects body, mind, and spirit. If we know how to use our breath efficiently and well, the breath is a true ally of support and space maker inside and out, on and off the mat. Yet, even for yoga practitioners, few really access this magic and practice on and off the mat stays with too much effort.

Join Maxi for this inspiring, practical and lighthearted weekend workshop to experience how accessing your breath gives a softer, more gracious quality to your practice and life. This will allow you to engage in your practice with the “correct” effort leaving you feeling nourished inside and out.
