In this class you can follow the Ashtanga Led class given from the yogaschool from your home using zoom.

IMPORTANT:
To be able to receive all sign-in info make sure to sign in (here in momoyoga) prior to 6.30h (!!!) of the class day, otherwise you won't be able to join.

If you have signed in prior to 6.30h of class day you will receive all log-in data automatically about 30 minutes prior to the start of class.
