At 6.45h, the online classes on Tuesday and Thursday start with an explanation of cleansing techniques and pranayama and will build up over time. If you are joining for the first time, don't worry, Maxi will pick you up where you are at.

Thereafter, starting at 07.00h with the chant, Maxi will talk you through the very first part of practice (anywhere from surya namasakar up to the last fundamental pose) while providing verbal cues for you to better connect to your breath and bandhas, allowing for you to cultivate a deeper and more spacious experience of yourself. Thereafter, everyone starts there Mysore-style practice with Maxi providing individual guidance.
