Restorative Reset: Power & Presence
Online
Sunday, 21 February • 13:00 - 15:00
Bhumi Yoga Virtual Shala
Maxi Meissner
Description
Shift the physiology of your body into a balanced, peaceful and receptive state through the power of lying down, pausing, becoming still and feeling. Thereby plant the seeds for connection, creativity and heart felt contentment.

We will engage in a deliberately slow and spacious practice including supported and mindful restorative poses, breath awareness and meditation.

Restorative yoga is a powerful antidote for this fast-paced life where we are all faced with a myriad of demands. Altogether, the practice of restorative yoga creates a great presence in your inner landscapes (vs. focusing outside yourself), thereby shifting your nervous system into a calm state. With this practice you plant the seeds for connection, creativity and heartfelt contentment.

Altogether this mini retreat will reveal the joyful essence of our inner landscapes.
