About Big Tree Yoga

Big Tree Yoga offers classes both in person and online to students of all ages and abilities. Through traditional breathing techniques, postural sequences and led meditations, students can reduce stress and improve their energy levels. Classes incorporate breathing, movement, meditation and philosophy fundamentals.
Founder, Cathy Mondloch-Seavey (she/her), has taught yoga since 2007 and has developed her teaching method with a wide variety of students. From long-time practitioners to brand new yogis, including those recovering from injuries and surgeries, all students of Big Tree Yoga can increase their physical mobility and enjoy the sense of renewal that a regular yoga practice can offer.
