Yoga 4 Life

Cathy Mondloch-Seavey
Cathy Mondloch-Seavey (she/her), has taught yoga since 2007 and has developed her teaching method with a wide variety of students. From long-time practitioners to brand new yogis (including those recovering from injuries and surgeries), all students can increase their physical mobility, mental focus and emotional calm. You can ask her about the 10 years she was an athlete in events hosted by USA Yoga. You can also ask her how to practice with considerations for knee pain. She believes every person can benefit from a regular mindful movement practice, and hopes to increase access to the sense of renewal that can be found through yoga.
