Cathy Mondloch-Seavey (she/her), has taught yoga since 2007 and has developed her teaching method with a wide variety of students. From long-time practitioners to brand new yogis (including those recovering from injuries and surgeries), all students can increase their physical mobility, mental focus and emotional calm. She believes every person can benefit from a regular mindful movement practice, and hopes to increase access to the sense of renewal that can be found through yoga.
