DESCRIPTION: 7 WEEK TERM Move, breathe and relax to reconnect with your core and pelvic floor, ease post natal aches and pains and recharge your energy. Bring baby along - classes focus on movement for mums, but include a bit of baby yoga and baby massage too, as required.
