Move, breathe and relax to reconnect with your core and pelvic floor, ease post natal aches and pains and recharge your energy. Bring baby along - classes focus on movement for mums, but include a bit of baby yoga and baby massage too, as required.

NOTE: I am on call for a doula client this term. If a session needs to be cancelled due to the birth, I will give you as much notice as possible and if a session is missed, a class credit will be returned to your account.
