Move, breathe and relax to reconnect with your core and pelvic floor, ease post natal aches and pains and recharge your energy. Bring baby along - classes focus on movement for mums, but include a bit of baby yoga and baby massage too, as required.

NOTE: I also work as a birth doula - Please reserve WEDNESDAY 23rd AUGUST as a back up date in your diary, in case a class is cancelled due to birth attendance. I will let you know as soon as this date is no longer needed.
