DESCRIPTION: Spend some time with your birth partner getting birth-ready, getting armed with some practical, USEFUL birth tools. We will cover:
- Key Pregnancy yoga practices
- Essential Hypnobirthing tools
- Real-world birth room doula tips
- Rebozo scarf comfort measures
- Simple Biomechanic techniques

Please note, the cancellation window is minimum 48 hours for this session. Places cancelled within 48 hours will not be refunded. Prior to 48 hours, credit can be moved to the next course or exchanged for pregnancy/post natal yoga credits.
Course fees are non refundable except in exceptional circumstances (e.g. baby loss, pre-term labour).
