Mar as her name would suggest is a perfect teacher to guide this experience. Mar has been teaching yoga throughout her adult life, and it shows. There is a calmness, kindness and gentle strength that she exudes in any yoga experience with her. We are so lucky to have her with us on the pier from time to time.
