DESCRIPTION: Build strength, learn more about  alignment and pracrice core connection. We will work on strengthening all muscle groups in  this functional movemt session.  Improve the health and longevity of your bones as  bones are living tissues and respond very well with the use of weigh training.  Fifteen minutes of stretching at the end of class makes sure you leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. 
Improve your fitness  so you can enjoy all the activities life has to offer.  
Hand weights are provided and are optional.
