DESCRIPTION: A deeply relaxing, passive practice designed to calm the nervous system (something we all need right now). Restorative yoga is an accessible practice suitable for all as it promotes deep relaxation by support from props to make the body completely comfortable. Think of this evening as a luxury and a necessity for physical, mental and emotional health.
We will use props: bolsters, blankets, blocks, heated towels and eye pads.   All props provided.
