Put on some comfy clothes, a cozy blanket and a pillow or two, and take a moment to relax in this peaceful environment at the studio. Zora Wolf will also provide melodic drumming as it is helpful for  those who struggle to relax, and clam whirling thoughts. The drumming action and the resulting harmonies give a focal point, an intention and a purposeful distraction from other mental meanderings.
