A quiet practice of floor poses, Yin enhances mobility of our joints and adds flexibility. Nurture and release the connective tissues of your body by becoming more intimate with your breath. We learn to relax around our sensations, feelings, emotions and thoughts as they arise. Stillness can be a wonderful adventure!

A gentle, beginner friendly class combines active Yang and passive Yin Yoga. We’ll start with 15 minutes of yin and move into a gentle flow to then transition into yin again. Find your balance inside and out, leave feeling good!
