DESCRIPTION: A relaxing and healing practice where Yin poses are combined with restorative poses. This class will start with a Yin practice, which invites you to hold poses for several minutes at a time, inviting stillness as you deeply nourish your body, allowing joints and fascia to release. The second half of the class will bring in restorative yoga - where you will place your body in comfortable and fully supported postures, so your nervous system can fully open and relax. This is suitable for all levels.
