DESCRIPTION: In this second online class, you&#039;ll begin applying the hypopressive breathing technique to fundamental postures—lying down, seated, and kneeling—designed to activate the deep core and pelvic floor safely and effectively.

This practice improves posture, reduces intra-abdominal pressure, and supports spinal alignment, making it ideal for postpartum recovery, back pain relief, and enhancing other physical activities by increasing lung capacity and core control.
No equipment needed — just your breath, a mat, and a quiet space at home.
