Spicy yet mindful and intentional sequence to strengthen your shoulders, chest, upper back, legs and all four corners of the core for more paddle strength, more stable rides and longer, more easeful surf time.

This practice targets the key functional aspects surfers rely on: scapular stability for efficient paddling, deep core engagement for pop-ups, and lower-body control for improved balance and weight transfer on the board. We work through slow, precise movement, isometric holds, and controlled transitions to strengthen stabilizer muscles and refine neuromuscular coordination. Expect focused breathwork, shoulder activation, hip stability drills, and balance work designed to support smoother takeoffs, stronger paddling endurance, and better control in shifting conditions.
