DESCRIPTION: SUNDAY RESET is a deeply restorative class designed to quiet the mind, soften the body, and replenish the nervous system to close off your week. 

We begin with grounding yin postures to release tension and invite stillness into the body, before melting into Yoga Nidra, a guided deep relaxation practice that aims to bring you into a state of complete rest and full body awareness. The experience closes with an extended savasana accompanied by the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, allowing the body and mind to fully slow down, reset, and rest.

Think of this class as your ultimate self care and expect a deeply restful night sleep after. 

For best experience wear loose and comfy clothes. Bolsters, blocks, blankets and eye mask are provided
