This session offers a dynamic blend of standing and floor exercises designed to engage the whole body in a fun and energizing way. The carefully selected movements activate key meridians to enhance energy flow, improve blood circulation, and increase flexibility in the legs, back, sides, and abdomen. We also focused on gut health through abdominal exercises and an abdominal acupressure massage to support digestive and overall well-being.
In addition, we incorporated balancing exercises to refine stability, legs strength and body awareness and remembered to practice sending loving messages to our bodies to deepen the mind-body connection.
The class concluded with quieting our minds during a Feeling Ki Energy meditation, allowing us to tune into the subtle energy within and around us, followed by a sharing from our live participants.
