This Healing Yoga session offers a unique and interactive experience, blending mindful movement with mindset coaching to support both physical and mental well-being.

Class Flow & Highlights
🔹 Personalized Check-In & Intention Setting – The session begins with a live interaction, where participants share their body condition and intentions. This creates a supportive space for personalized guidance and deeper connection.

🔹 Mindset Coaching on Positive Thinking & Consciousness – Inspired by a participant’s intention to have "only positive thoughts," the first 25 minutes include an insightful discussion on levels of consciousness and practical ways to shift focus toward positivity. This coaching is seamlessly integrated into the warm-up.

🔹 Belly Button Healing Warm-Up – While exploring mindset shifts, we engage in Belly Button Healing, a gentle and effective practice that stimulates circulation, activates core energy, and promotes relaxation.

🔹 Full-Body Opening & Deep Hip Release – The session moves into a comprehensive body-opening practice, with a special focus on deepening flexibility and releasing tension through 300 repetitions of butterfly hip-opening exercises. This allows for greater mobility and a sense of grounding.

🔹 Closing & Additional Coaching – After the movement practice, participants share their experiences, leading to further coaching tips on how to integrate these insights into daily life and enhance ongoing practice.

This session is a holistic blend of movement, energy work, and mindful coaching, designed to not only strengthen and open the body but also to cultivate a resilient and positive mindset for personal growth.
