Class Focus & Benefits
🔹 Gallbladder & Bladder Meridian Activation – This session emphasizes opening and stimulating the gallbladder and bladder meridians, which play a vital role in releasing stored tension and improving energy circulation.
The gallbladder meridian helps with decision-making, flexibility (both physical and mental), and relieving tension in the neck, shoulders, and sides of the body.
The bladder meridian, the longest meridian in the body, helps release deep-seated stress and tightness, supporting relaxation and spinal health.
🔹 Releasing Tension Through Stretching & Poses – A series of targeted stretches and postures help release built-up tightness in the neck, shoulders, sides, hips, legs, and back.
We incorporated different variations of Pigeon Pose, which is excellent for hip opening, emotional release, and lower back relief.
🔹 Hot Pack Therapy in Floor Breathing Postures – We used a hot pack while holding floor-based breathing postures, allowing for deeper core connection and relaxation.
Heat application enhances blood circulation, reduces muscle stiffness, and promotes a profound sense of comfort and release.
🔹 One-Leg-Up Chair Pose – This balancing posture strengthens the legs, core, and stabilizing muscles, promoting alignment, concentration, and grounding energy before winding down.
