A Joyful Journey into Movement & Play session, all about choosing JOY, being playful, and fully enjoying ourselves in our bodies.
Through a variety of exercises, we activated life force energy, improved circulation, and let go of stress and tension. This class was a journey inward—awakening different parts of the body and moving in ways we normally don’t, bringing a sense of freedom, creativity, and lightness.

By feeling into different body parts, we enhance mind-body connection, improving coordination and presence.
