Awakening Energy & Deep Release *

This Healing Yoga session focused on energizing the body, improving mobility, and releasing deep-seated tension through a combination of tapping, joint-opening exercises, and deep stretches.

We awakened our body's natural healing ability and ended with a soothing Child’s Pose, leaving us feeling balanced, open, and deeply restored.

🔹 Chest & Upper Back Opening Exercises – Breath & Posture

Expands the lungs and ribcage, allowing for deeper, more nourishing breaths.
Opens the heart center, helping to release emotional tension and improve posture.
Relieves stiffness in the upper back, neck, and shoulders, reducing discomfort from long hours of sitting.
