Heart Opening, Balance & Deep Release *

This Healing Yoga session is a journey of emotional stress release, balance, and deep body opening.

We start with Dahn Jon tapping warm-up, using this time to check in with ourselves and set intentions for the practice.
By focusing on heart-opening movements, balancing exercises, and deep lower body stretches, we work to release tension, anchor the mind in the body, and cultivate a sense of inner peace.

Chest tapping with the ‘A’ sound helps release emotional tension stored in the heart and lungs.
Shoulder bouncing & arm swings free stagnant energy, improving circulation and mobility.
Upper back and chest opening exercises enhance posture, breath capacity, and emotional well-being.

🔹 Balancing Exercises – Focus & Stability

One-leg standing balance while sensing Ki energy helps to anchor the mind in the body.
Enhances core strength, coordination, and concentration.
Trains mental clarity and calmness under challenge, improving overall body awareness.

🔹 Lower Body & Back Opening – Deep Release & Flexibility

Figure 4 Pose variations:
Opens hips, glutes, and lower back, relieving tension and increasing flexibility.
Enhances circulation in the pelvic region, reducing stiffness from prolonged sitting.

Rolling back to Plow Pose:
Stretches the spine, shoulders, and hamstrings, promoting spinal flexibility.
Stimulates nervous system relaxation, reducing stress and mental fatigue.
Increases circulation to the brain, enhancing clarity and focus.

🔹 Box Breathing – Nervous System Reset & Deep Relaxation

Equal breath cycles calm the mind and reduce stress.
Supports lung function, emotional regulation, and focus.
Promotes a deep sense of inner stillness and balance.

This session allows us to release emotional stress, connect deeply with our bodies, and cultivate stability, flexibility, and relaxation.

We end with sharing reflections, taking this peaceful energy with us into our day.
