This session integrates intentional movement, breathwork, and meditative practices to cultivate presence, balance, and inner awareness.
What to Expect:
Belly Tapping & Breathing
Begin the session by gently tapping the belly to awaken the second chakra and stimulate energy flow. Combine this with mindful breathing and gentle neck and head shaking to release tension and guide energy downward, re-centering your focus.
Setting Intention & Devotion
Establish a meaningful intention for the session and connect with your sense of devotion, creating a deeper connection to your inner purpose and energy.
Sincere Bowing Meditation
Engage in a practice of 49 bows, fostering humility, gratitude, and energy connection. This moving meditation helps synchronize body and mind, enhancing focus and awareness.
Opening Exercises
Prepare for sitting meditation with stretches and movements targeting the hips, legs, and back. These exercises help release physical tension, improve circulation, and create ease for seated practice.
Sitting Meditation
During the seated practice, emphasis remains on:
