DESCRIPTION: Release & Renew with NonViolent Communication and Qigong

Join us on Dec 31st at 5pm Pacific for a transformative class to release the past year and welcome the new one with intention and balance. Through the gentle practices of Qigong and the powerful framework of NonViolent Communication (NVC), we will explore tools to connect with our inner peace, let go of what no longer serves us, and set conscious intentions for the year ahead.

Participants will also receive the Language of Life Daily Planner Tool to integrate NVC practices into everyday life.

This class is open to everyone, and no prior experience is needed. For those inspired to continue the journey, a weekly class series begins the following week.
